⛳️ Fairway Fuel: Peanut Butter Power Bites
When you’re juggling kids, clubs, and early tee times, you need something quick, energizing, and actually good. These Peanut Butter Power Bites are our go-to snack before a round or during a mid-game slump.
No oven, no fuss — just wholesome ingredients that keep you swinging strong.
*These are also awesome snacks for postpartum moms
Ingredients (makes ~12 bites)
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber + crunch)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 15–20 minutes (makes rolling easier!).
- Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a mini cookie scoop.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (or freeze for longer).
Golf Mom Tip
Throw a few in a cooler pouch with an ice pack for the course — they won’t melt like granola bars and give you clean, lasting energy without the crash.
Why Golfers Love These:
- Quick carbs + protein = steady energy
- Kids love them (yes, even the picky ones)
- Easy to customize — swap PB for almond butter, or add a scoop of protein powder
