Our Favorite Snack

⛳️ Fairway Fuel: Peanut Butter Power Bites

When you’re juggling kids, clubs, and early tee times, you need something quick, energizing, and actually good. These Peanut Butter Power Bites are our go-to snack before a round or during a mid-game slump.

No oven, no fuss — just wholesome ingredients that keep you swinging strong.

*These are also awesome snacks for postpartum moms

Ingredients (makes ~12 bites)

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber + crunch)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 15–20 minutes (makes rolling easier!).
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a mini cookie scoop.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (or freeze for longer).

Golf Mom Tip

Throw a few in a cooler pouch with an ice pack for the course — they won’t melt like granola bars and give you clean, lasting energy without the crash.

Why Golfers Love These:

  • Quick carbs + protein = steady energy
  • Kids love them (yes, even the picky ones)
  • Easy to customize — swap PB for almond butter, or add a scoop of protein powder

Tag me @par4thefam if you make these — I’d love to see your snack game in action!
