Ingredients
- 6 slices organic toasting loaf bread
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
