Mornings can feel like a race — between getting the kids ready, squeezing in a workout, and maybe (just maybe) making that early tee time. That’s why I’m obsessed with my Power Par Breakfast Wrap. It’s quick, protein-packed, and totally portable — the kind of breakfast that keeps you full through the front nine or your busiest morning carpool.
You can make it fresh in under 10 minutes or prep a few ahead of time to reheat during the week. It’s warm, satisfying, and a total family favorite.

- Swap the wrap for a low-carb tortilla or collard green wrap if you’re keeping it light.
