Instructions
- Make the Peanut Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and warm water until smooth. Adjust with more water if needed for drizzle consistency.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay lettuce leaves flat. Add a spoonful of chicken or turkey, then layer bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, and green onion.
- Drizzle & Garnish: Top with peanut sauce and finish with chopped peanuts, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime.
