Tart, creamy, and just the right size for a sweet little victory lap after 18 holes.
Whether you’re celebrating a hole-in-one or just surviving the back nine with grace, these Key Lime Putt-Putt Bites are the ultimate 19th hole treat. They’ve got everything you love about a classic key lime pie — the zing, the creaminess, the buttery graham cracker crust — but in a perfectly portioned mini bite.
They’re fresh, citrusy, and totally poppable — ideal for showers, parties, golf tournaments, or just because you want to eat dessert with one hand and hold a cocktail in the other.
Ingredients (Makes ~24 mini bites)
For the crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- Zest of 1 lime
Optional toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Lime zest or mini lime wedges
- Crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners or lightly grease with nonstick spray. - Make the Crust:
In a bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of the crust into the bottom of each muffin cup and flatten firmly. - Bake the Crusts:
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly while you prepare the filling. - Mix the Filling:
In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy. - Fill & Bake:
Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts, filling nearly to the top. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the centers are just set. - Cool & Chill:
Let the bites cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. - Top & Serve:
Add a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of lime zest, or a dusting of crushed graham crackers to finish them off.
Par 4 the Fam Pro Tip:
Serve these in mini cupcake wrappers with little flags or golf tees for decoration — then watch them disappear faster than a missed 4-footer. Call them “Putt-Putt Bites” and you’re instantly the MVP of the dessert table.
