Makes: 6–8 tacos
Ingredients:
For the Tacos:
- 1 lb grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu (seasoned with taco seasoning or simple salt, pepper, lime)
- 6–8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced or mashed
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved or diced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Optional Add-Ins:
- Crumbled queso fresco or feta
- Pickled jalapeños or radishes
- Fresh corn or black beans
For the Light Lime Crema:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:
