Whether you’re heading to an early morning tee time or recovering after a hot round on the course, this smoothie is a hole-in-one for your body and your taste buds. The Strawberry Swing Smoothie is refreshing, creamy, and packed with just the right mix of fruit and protein to keep you energized from the first drive to the final putt.
In our house, smoothies are a go-to—quick, easy, and kid-approved (which, let’s be honest, is half the battle). This one has become a favorite, especially on busy mornings when we’re trying to get everyone out the door, clubs in tow, and snacks packed for the day. My kids love it without the protein, and my husband and I love it with for a more satisfying start to the day.
It’s fruity, lightly sweet, and gives me that little boost I need to feel good on the course—no cart snacks required.
Strawberry Swing Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you like)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional but makes it creamy + adds protein)
- 1 tsp honey (optional for extra sweetness)
- A handful of ice (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions:
- Toss everything into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a to-go cup and enjoy on your way to the course—or while the kids play mini golf in the driveway.
Why Golfers Love It:
- Banana = potassium for muscle recovery
- Strawberries = antioxidants to fight post-round inflammation
- Protein = power to help you drive farther and snack less
- Dairy-free option for sensitive tummies before a round
Want to take it up a notch? Add a scoop of collagen powder or a spoonful of flax for even more benefits.
